Auto-Program Circuit Not Working Whatsoever

I've read just about every forum and post on this subject, but I cannot get the auto program circuit to work on a PCB or breadboard. It just does not enter into boot mode using the circuit.

Here's my setup:


And here's the logic:




As you can see, DTR and RTS are doing something, but they never pull G0 and EN low at the same time to enter boot mode.

On my breadboard, I'm using a CP2102N dev board with two SS8050CTA BJTs.

I just cannot figure this one out, and my product has been placed on hold for a while until I do. Thanks for any help you can provide
