windows 下安装vscode插件无法启动menuconfig

启动gui的config时出现

如下报错。

之前出过Cmake的类似错误，通过将Cmake的bin文件夹放到系统的PATH中解决，现在是需要将所有的都放到PATH中？

export.bat 应该会帮你将CMake的bin目录加到PATH中
