Used esp32 pico v3 , designed own pcb , but failed to show on device manager

I designed my own pcb with reference for pico module , heltec esp32 , using esp32 pico v3
But when i plug in , the device manager did not show anything
Also current does not show short circuit

Do I need to do anything after solder ?

That's way better. However, there's nothing in the schematic that looks like a problem to me... Could it be something like bad soldering? How much current is your PCB pulling?

Check VDD on the CP2102N

Not exactly sure if this is would cause failure to enumerate (I use the QFN24 version, with the VIO pin) but it appears RSTb should be tied to VDD not VBUS.

2.1 Power
In all cases, a 1 kΩ pull-up on the RSTb pin is recommended. This pull-up should be tied to VIO on devices that have it. On devices
where VIO is connected to VDD or devices that do not have VIO, this pull-up should be tied to VDD. The RSTb pin will be driven low
during power-on and power failure reset events.

Nope... i checked the power for CP2102N and it gives out the correct voltage
