thank you for schematics. I'm not sure if I fully understand to it though. However, I'm not HW engineer... Anyway, please check if you connected HR911105A magnetics correctly. CT_TXD and CT_RXD should be connected just to GND via 0.1 uF capacitors. In your schematics, it seems it is connected to voltage rail (ETH_3V3). In addition, I don't understand to a purpose of R44-R47. Could you please explain?
