need help with ttgo camera and display board

Hi,
I managed to hack https://github.com/igrr/esp32-cam-demo to recognize the ov2640
but the jpeg I get is 'unparsable',
it start with 0xff 0xb6 0xff 0x38, so it seems something is wrong

it was an issue with the D? to Y? data lines mapping.
