Custom ESP32-D0WD-V3 board. Program doesn`t start

Hello, i designed a board around the ESP32-D0WD-V3, i can flash a code to it, but it doesnt start the programm.
There is no wireless circuit connected beacuse i dont need it, the esp32 should start anyways i hope?
GPIO0 strapped to gnd when power is applied via USB/FTDI adapter.
When power is provided by Board supply GPIO0 is on 3.3V (internal Pull UP).
I already added 100uf to the 3.3V rail, in case of voltage drop during start up, +10k external pull up for GPIO0.
As written i can upload the code via arduino (just a blink or serial "hello world").
But nothing happens after that.
Did i miss anything crucial in my design?
