wifi kit 32 lost 3,3V

Hello, I have a diymore wifi kit 32. By mistake, I connected gnd with 5v, and it turned off due to the short. now the red led blinks and it does not start, it cannot be flashed, it gives a connection error. I have measured voltage, and I do not have the 3.3v. there's a solution? thank you

Replace the regulator IC, or buy a new kit they are cheap.
