关闭STRAP_JTAG_SEL efuse失败

如上，当我试图关闭STRAP_JTAG_SEL efuse时发现只要调用espefuse.py就会出错

问题解决了，重装后问题消失。另外不加.py直接使用espefuse可能也有效，但是重装之后问题已经消失无法再做验证。
