EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual with ESP32-H2-MINI-1

We are in the process of certifying (CE-certification) a device which includes an ESP32-H2-MINI.

Everything works fine, e.g. upload own programs or erasing flash with esptool:

Code: Select all

esptool.py v4.8.1
Serial port COM14
Connecting...
Detecting chip type... ESP32-H2
Chip is ESP32-H2 (revision v0.1)
Features: BLE, IEEE802.15.4
Crystal is 32MHz
MAC: 74:4d:bd:ff:fe:63:36:d6
BASE MAC: 74:4d:bd:63:36:d6
MAC_EXT: ff:fe
Uploading stub...
Running stub...
Stub running...
Erasing flash (this may take a while)...
Chip erase completed successfully in 1.3s
Hard resetting via RTS pin...
But when using EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual the upload of the test-firmware seems to work, but at the end testing is not possible:

In the logging of EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual you can notice various strange messages:
- MAC is 00:00:00:00:00:00
- It expects a ESP32-H2-beta2
- It expects chip id 14 but the ESP32-H2 seems to notify 16.

Is the test-firmware for the ESP32-H2 in the package of EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual not up-to-date and does work with the latest ESPP32-H2-production-version (we assume which is the "ESP32-H2 (revision v0.1)" we have)?

How is the correct usage of EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual with ESP32-H2-MINI-1 ("ESP32-H2 (revision v0.1)")?

Best regards,

Martin
