ESP32-CAM with OC2640: recommended values for XCLK

I am using the example sketch CameraWebServer.
The first control is about XCLK.
What are recommended values vor XCLK?

This setting is the xclk frequency, which will control the sampling rates. The default is 20 (MHz). You may get better performance (ie FPS) at 24 MHz. The range for most cameras is 6 - 24. You will definitely get better google results if you use the correct name of the camera (ov2640).

Thank you @lbernstone for the recommended range 6-24 MHz.
In my case I get a more fluent video at 10-15 MHz.
So any natural frequency is okay for the camera?
