Thread Network Diagnostics Cluster not added by default?

I have created a project based on the Matter light example. I notice that it's missing the Thread Network Diagnostics Cluster.

What configuration controls what clusters are added by default?

How can I add the Thread Network Diagnostics Cluster to my device?

I know why the Thread Network Diagnostics cluster wasn't added by default.

It's simply because the example app is Thread based.

Now, the obvious question is: How would I add the WiFi Network Diagnostics cluster to the light app?
