ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N8R2 not recognised

Hello, I´m designing my own ESP32-S3 board, which should act as a serial device in Windows.
I´m trying to use the internal USB-OTG of the chip but when connecting to the PC it just connect and disconnect and windows displays that it didn´t recognise the device... It´s my first time using USB protocol BTW, and I designed it with a USB-C port, using as reference for the connections and components the ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1 Schematic, also I put the data lines as differential pairs as everyone mentions, but I cannot make it work
It may looks like a stupid question but if anyone can help...
