Connect ESP32 S3 mini 1 custom PCB

I created a custom PCB for the ESP32 S3 mini 1, and I'm trying to program it with a TTL adapter.
The images attach are the ESP32 connections, voltage regulators and TTL connection. The adapter is a CP2102, I already try programming an ESP32 wroom 32, with the adapter, it worked, and I already try connecting directly to the ESP32 S3 mini 1, without the board.
I also noticed that RX from the adapter doesn't blink when I press EN.
