Issue with Serial1 Communication Between Two ESP32 Controllers

We are working with the Serial1 by using the pin SD2 and SD3 for simple uart communication, It is working on one module[ESP32-WROOM -32U] but it is not working on the same uart pins on other module [ESP32-WROOM-32UE].

If the non-working module uses QIO or QOUT (quad I/O), those pins are likely in use for flash communication.
