ESP32-S3 Hard resetting via RTS pin

Hey guys I have a custom PCB here with a air pressure sensor and temperature sensor on board. I've not been able to get any output in the serial monitor. Everything seems to boot up properly with no error codes. I'm using Platform.io.
Hopefully someone can help me get to the bottom of this.

How? You've given exactly 0 relevant information - or even less by stating that serial monitor doesn't work 'although' you get no "error codes", and throwing in an unrelated subject line for good measure.
