Hello,
I have made a custom ESP PCB Design with an ESP32-C6 chip with QFN32 package and internal flash. The board works just fine till the point where the Wifi is enabled.
- Without the wifi enabled the board draws 0.2W (25-30° C)
- with the wifi enabled but not connected: 0.5W (60° C)
- with wifi enabled and connected: 1.9W (+100° C)
The antenna works fine wifi Signal is mostly below 70 dB
I would really appreciate any Help.

Re: ESP32-C6 getting really hot when Wifi is enabled
Antennas are pretty sensitive to, well, anything really, to be tuned correctly. How did you tune it, or did you only run the EMC calculations to make sure it's impedance-matched and works on the correct frequency?
