ESP32-C3-MINI-1U-N4 can not run with the IC when they have different date code

Hi Everyone.
We are running in mass production, which uses ESP32-C3-MINI-1U-N4, but recently, when we downloaded the FW to the ESP, the device can not run. we have removed the shield on the ESP32 to check the date code print on the ESP32 and found that:
- The device can run OK if the date code printed on the ESP32 is 042025 or 112024
- The device can not run if the date code printed on the ESP32 is 172025
- We also check the revision marking on the ESP32: they are the same: V0.4, because the Tracking Information is the same X4XXXXX (https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... hatgpt.com)

Please help us to explain what happend with the ESP32 when they have the different date code as above? Why the latest ESP32 date code can not run and how we can solve this problem.
