Espressif Developer Boards's Schematic license

Hi guys,
Just a simple question about the license under which all the evaluation board schematics (such as the ESP32-S3-Korvo-2 V3.1) are provided: can I take a portion of the schematic (or the entire schematic) and create a similar project, but provide it under the CERN-OHL-S-2.0 license?
If not, how different does my schematic have to be?

Not sure, I'd need to ask around. I am not a lawyer, but in most jurisdisctions I think 'copying' a schematic only falls under copyright if you do a literal copy/paste of the image data in it: to my understanding the component choice and connections between them generally cannot be copyrighted.
