ESP32 Bluetooth fixes - issue tracker

Hi there,

The ESP-IDF GitHub repo seems to not contain a lot of details around what BT related fixes are concerning.
The concrete example is https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/co ... c2d9efb3ca, where it seems an internal tracker is referenced, and a merge PR.

Am I misunderstanding something or does this refer to other issue trackers and another mirror that we don't have access to?

I'm asking, as the context around the fix would determine whether to choose to backport / patch into our own revision of ESP-IDF.
