IDF开发环境安装出错

我之前安装了esp-idf-tools-setup-offline-4.4.4.exe，可以正常使用。
然后安装了esp-idf-tools-setup-offline-5.5.1.exe，也可以正常使用。
然后卸载了esp-idf-tools-setup-offline-5.5.1.exe，再安装esp-idf-tools-setup-offline-4.4.4.exe，或者其它版本，都出错了，现在都是一样的：（其实这些工具是有，但无法正常识别出来）
