Detect emergency siren patterns WAIL, YELP, HiLo

I have a task to write firmware for the ESP32-S3 that will listen to sound from a microphone and recognize siren sounds: WAIL, YELP, and HiLo.
Maybe someone has example code or just ideas on how to implement this best.
Or perhaps someone would be interested in helping with the firmware development (we can discuss payment terms).

We do not have any specific example for that. However, you can start with the esp-dsp project and then some audio-related projects like the esp-adf that could take care of the AFE.
