ESP32 P4 Camera Initialisation Errors

I'm trying to add a camera feed to an existing webserver project. But when I try to initialise the camera I get a no mem error. I think this might be to do with the psram as all the examples I see say to enable this in the menuconfig, however I cannot find a setting for it anywhere in the menus. Any advice?

I'm using esp-idf v5.5.1, for hardware I have access to the waveshare p4 evaluation dev kit with the raspberry camera module, or an esp32 p4 eye.
