can we provision wifi without qr code or from cli

I just started testing rainmaker , to check if we can integrate it into our product. Want to know can we can do wifi provisioning without qr code or from cli, as our end customer shouldn't have any access to it but will just need to provide details of wifi.

I tried to run it by hardcoding wifi credentials , but it wouldn't connect at all.

So in our use case ,the device should show up on our dashboard and should be able to control it and perform ota etc..

But user shouldn't have any access to it , except providing wifi. Is there anyway to do that ?
