USB Serial JTAG driver and certification

https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... d_pid.html in documentation it is mentioned that if You use TinyUSB stack you do not need to get a PID if you wan't to produce a product but don't need to stand out. I was wondering how is it with the USB Serial JTAG. I mean the VIDs and PIDs are assigned, but can they be used in production ?
