eim 0.5.2 how to change tools path?

OS Linux Mint 22.2
IDE Theia (VS Code)
ESP-IDF Installation Manager 0.5.2?

I specify the /opt/esp directory for install.
esp-idf is installed there.
But tools are installed in the ~$HOME/.espressif directory.
How can I install tools in /opt/esp/tools?
