Gooouuu ESP32 S3 N16R8 Camera board power supply

Hello new user ( hope I am in the right section)
after much searching on arduino and other forums I have been unable to determine if this board (as sold by ALiexpress and Temu) can be powered with 5v externally , many subscribers to the ardunio forum reckon the 5V pin is output only , if this is the case can anyone reccomend a board that is sold with an external 5v input pin , rather than using the usb port connector .. many thanks

Are we supposed to guess what board you are using ?
