please check below diagram generated by cluade is this ok and should i follow it or any changes required please guide i neve use esp32 before.

No it's not, GenAI at this moment sucks for schematic stuff. Please do us all a favour, read up on the electronics side and propose your own schematic and we'll see what we can improve.
