RainMaker and VoCat (former EchoEar) configuration

Hi, I hope to write in the right section. In the chinese side of this forum there is a specific section for the VoCat hardware: 喵伴 中文讨论版 viewforum.php?f=52

Following these istruction https://espressif.craft.me/CI2XAhb4Ix7fZk I was NOT able to talk to my VoCat. I flashed it, registered into the iOS latest RainMaker app, done all kind of test and checks, but nothing: my VoCat is deaf. It seems to listen when touched but after a few seconds it goes back to sleep.

I asked the AI inside the RainMaker webpage, what could be the issue and it seems to be a token/url configuration problem but I cannot find where to set these values and anyway these values itselves.

Any help is appreciated. At least share experiences with others that owns this nice cat shaped voice assistant.

Take into consideration that with ESP-HI and xiaozhi.me platform, my devices works flawlessly then cannot be an hardware issue.
