Bluetooth only Declaration of Confromity

Hi everyone,
We are currently preparing a product for CE certification under the Radio Equipment Directive (RED). Our hardware utilizes an ESP32-WROOM-32D-N16 module. However, our application strictly uses Bluetooth/BLE, and we have completely deactivated the Wi-Fi functionality at compile-time via firmware (the Wi-Fi stack is never initialized). Since the hardware is technically dual-radio but functionally single-radio in our product, how should this be handled regarding the Technical Construction File and the EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC)? Any insights or templates from someone who has been through this would be greatly appreciated!
