Compiling Error - ESP is resetting continuously

I am trying to compile a code from Arduino IDE to my ESP32 where I got the below error:

rst:0x10 (RTCWDT_RTC_RESET),boot:0x13 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT) flash read err, 1000 ets_main.c 371


I need help to solve this issue !!!

I have tried changing the cable and changing the programming speed to 115200, but I still get the same error.

The error above kept sending from ESP32 continuously via the serial port.

You'll need to tell us a lot more before we can help you. What hardware are you using, what are you flashing, how are you flashing?

Usually this eror means that flash is empty, no binary or bootloader flashed.
